Payment options for Blooming Communicators is currently private pay only. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit, debit, flexible spending accounts, and health savings accounts.
Blooming Communicators does not accept insurance at this time. However, it may be possible for you to be reimbursed by your insurance company for payments made for speech services.
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to confirm with your insurance company to determine if you are able to be reimbursed.
No fees will be charged if the Parents/Guardians cancel an appointment by giving at least 24 hours advance notice to the Speech Language Pathologist to confirm the cancellation/reschedule via email, phone call, or text message.
Late cancellation fee: $50 for cancellations by the Parents/Guardians with less than 24 hours notice
Please cancel immediately if you or any members of your family show signs or symptoms of COVID-19, or if you have come into contact with anyone who has shown signs or symptoms of COVID-19. No fee will be charged for COVID-19 related cancellations.
In the event of a cancellation by the Speech Language Pathologist, the Parents/Guardians will not be billed for the cancelled appointment.
