About Ms. Crystal

Ms. Crystal is a licensed, credentialed, and ASHA certified speech language pathologist. With over 10 years of experience, Ms Crystal has worked with children with a vast range of communication needs. However, what lights her up are helping young communicators find their voice while also helping little ones be understood. Ms. Crystal uses a calm and respectful treatment approach where she follows your child's lead and is able to be flexible to meet your child where they are.  Ms. Crystal is a kind, patient, and supportive speech therapist who makes therapy engaging and fun for her clients. However, she is knowledgable and experienced and finds it rewarding to bring joy to your child's life as much as it brings her joy to support them.

Ms. Crystal is an Alumna of California State University, Fullerton where she earned her Master's degree in Communicative Disorders. She has worked in different settings such as public school districts as well as outpatient clinics. She now currently works in her own private practice where she is able to focus on growing the communication skills of children with speech sound disorders and autism, as well as those of AAC users.  

 

Additionally, Ms. Crystal is: 

• Licensed in the State of California

• Certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association 

• Listed in the Apraxia Kids Directory as a skilled provider for treating Childhood Apraxia of Speech

• Trained in Dynamic Tactile and Temporal Cueing for Childhood Apraxia of Speech 

• Trained in Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) and listed in the Meaningful Speech registry as a clinician with skills and education for treating Autistic children who are Gestalt Language Processors​

Outside of speech language pathology, Ms. Crystal enjoys music, photography, fashion, travel, food, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends.
